Evaluation based on scholastic achievement, involvement in extra-curricular activities within the school and the community. A special emphasis on community service involving youth.
Graduating senior at Wooster High School or Wayne County Schools Career Center, and
Resident of Wooster City School District (Open-Enrollment students at WHS must reside in Wayne County) or a member of the WCSCC Key Club.
Attend an accredited post-secondary institution.
