Kiwanis Club of Wooster

If making a difference in the lives of young people resonates with you, you’ve come to the right place. At Kiwanis, our mission is simple yet profound: to put children first. Everything we do is focused on enriching and improving the lives of children in our community.

Through impactful programs like Safety Town, we teach kids essential safety skills in a fun, week-long event that prepares them to navigate the world confidently and securely. Beyond that, we proudly provide funding, volunteer hours, and resources for community projects and programs that uplift and support children and their families.

Join us in shaping a brighter future—one child at a time!

Each year the Kiwanis family dedicates more than 18.5 million hours to service and raises more than US$100 million for local and global causes. Our members come from all walks of life, all corners of the globe and from every age group and ability. But make no mistake about it—we are family. Meet the family of clubs that you and your family can become a part of right here in Wooster, Ohio:

Key Club International
Key Club is the oldest and largest high school service organization in the world. Key Clubs are in 36 countries and consist of members dedicated to bettering their communities and the world. We prepare Key Clubbers for success by equipping them with leadership skills, compassion and empathy.  Key Clubs in our community are located at Wooster High School and the Wayne County Schools Career Center.

Circle K International
Circle K International is the world’s largest student-led service organization for college students. Now in 19 nations, this group is among the most passionate Kiwanis-family members when it comes to service. The College of Wooster is home to Wooster’s Circle K Club.

Kiwanis
Since 1915, these adult volunteers have been serving the children of the world through fundraising and hands-on service projects. Kiwanis created its family of sponsored leadership clubs to help people of all ages develop the heart to serve, answer the call to lead and accept the courage to engage. By working together, we can become an undeniable force for good in the world for children and communities.
