If service to others, particularly young people, is important to you, then you’ve come to the right place! The Kiwanis Club of Wooster’s primary objective is a commitment to make children priority one, which means that all of our efforts are directed at improving the lives of young people in the community. We do this through a variety of programs and partnerships, including Safety Town, a week-long event that teaches children all about safety, both in and out of the home. We also help provide funding and labor for projects and programs in the community that help and support children.
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time. Each year the Kiwanis family dedicates more than 18.5 million hours to service and raises more than US$100 million for local and global causes. Our members come from all walks of life, all corners of the globe and from every age group and ability. But make no mistake about it—we are family. Meet the family of clubs that you and your family can become a part of right here in Wooster, Ohio:
